Task Management plays a substantial role in a work/life balance or harmony. When there is so much to do, and it feels like so little time, it can be challenging to know which task to accomplish next. When there are preferable tasks over mundane or complex tasks it can be easier to not use our time wisely.
Have you heard of the Eisenhower Matrix? It's a method of task prioritization by classifying tasks by what is Important/Not Important. Urgent/Not-Urgent. In this template, I've built a Task Log that will prioritize tasks for you.
