The Agency PM Performance Log

Each review time we set intentions for how we will perform from now until the next assessment. Every review time, we wonder where the time is gone, we're here already?! What did I even really do?

You do a lot more than you give yourself credit for. You also do a lot more than your peers, managers, and other cross-functional partners will ever know.

Use this performance log as a supplement to your daily work. When you accomplish something you're proud of, whether a client challenge or problem solve - as mundane as it feels log it here. Then when review time comes along, look for the themes and have supporting facts as to what you've done from then until now.
